- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This credit union could care less about it's members. What is sad is that they used to have loan officers and other personnel who truly cared and took care of members. I have been with this credit union for 7 years and have always been able to get loans or other services with no problems. The past couple of years, every loan request I have sent is has been denied. I have been an excellent member who always pays loans and my credit cards off early. I don't know what has happened to this once great place, but it's at the bott5of the barrel now. Horrible customer service, uncaring management and loan officers and just an overall condescending attitude from many who work there. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I pay off my credit card. I would NEVER recommend this awful place to anyone!By Montez Carby, June 27, 2017
