    I called to see if I could price my license plate over the phone and the rep was so rude and unprofessional. She said WHAT!? I don't hear you...then proceeded to hang up in my face after only 10 seconds...she didn't even give me a chance to let her hear me more clearly.

    I don't understand why the taxes are higher than surrounding areas in the metro....this is highway robbery...its not like they using the money to fix the streets of Jackson....just sickening....i think some investigation is needed
